Hosting a Jousting Tournament

We are continually adding new hosts for stops on the tour, so if interested, please contact us here. We would love to hear from you!

In the meantime, here are a few general guidelines that have worked well for us in the past:

Partnering

We have done very well partnering with various craft breweries and non-profits over the past 10 years. Craft breweries are a great option b/c they typically have the space required for around a 100 ft in length and 15 ft wide jousting court. The easy access to the brewery is a huge plus for both the attendees and participants!

Attendance, Money, & Rules

Over 1,000 people attended our last event and it raised over $30k for a local non-profit bicycle shop—and this during the Alabama vs Tennesse football game in the heart of Alabama?!! And of course, the craft breweries have always done great business during the event. Typically, 1 or 2 of the attendees like to drink beer, so...

Tournaments generally consist of 8 to 16 jousters in a single elimination tournament. We suggest partnering with a local bike shop or non-profit with a large network to help spread the word.

As you can imagine, there’s much more to it, but contact us and we’d love to talk to you more about it!
